What we collect

  • When you write to Robin: your name, email and message, sent to her by email.
  • When you sign up for a group date: your name and email, so Robin can send you the joining details and any changes.
  • When you visit: anonymous page-visit counts. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your information is used only to respond to you and to run the sessions and groups. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

Spiritual direction and confidentiality

What you share in direction stays between you and Robin, except where the law requires otherwise, such as a risk of serious harm or the abuse of a child or vulnerable adult. Because sessions happen online and by email, no electronic tool is perfectly private. Robin never records sessions.

Services we use

  • Vercel hosts this website. Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
  • Neon stores the database: prayer-group dates and the name and email of people who sign up for them.
  • Resend sends email from the site, such as your contact message to Robin and group confirmations.
  • Calendly shows Robin's calendar for scheduling. It loads only if you choose to open it, and then Calendly may set its own cookies.
  • Zoom is used for online sessions and groups. Robin never records sessions.
  • YouTube hosts Robin's guided prayer videos. They play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may set its own cookies only when you play a video.
  • Google is used only for site administrators to sign in.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Write to robin@in-sacred-space.com. Robin replies within 48 business hours.
